Method
- In a small bowl, mix the unsalted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
You can add other ingredients like tomatoes or bacon for extra flavor.
