- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, melt the butter. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella to the sauce, stirring until melted. Mix in the macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
- Let the mixture cool, then form into bite-sized balls.
- Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the bites until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
