Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk or sub with regular milk
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil plus additional for greasing skillet

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: buttermilk, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the wet mix into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
