- Heat the vegetable oil and butter in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and add cooked lo mein noodles. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with green onion if desired.
Notes
You can add or substitute other vegetables based on your preference. Serve with rice if desired.
