- In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, onion salt, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix well.
- Add the jumbo shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, corn starch, paprika, onion salt, garlic powder, and salt for the coating.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dredge each shrimp in the coating mixture and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve the shrimp hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
