Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich
  • 4 large croissants Flaky, buttery vessels.
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese Sharp and melty.
  • 4 large eggs Creamy and protein-packed.
  • 4 slices cooked ham Savory and salty.
For the Scramble
  • 2 tablespoons butter Adds rich flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon milk Lightens the eggs.
  • salt To taste.
  • black pepper To taste.

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and scramble until fluffy. Remove from heat.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and layer with cheese, ham, and scrambled eggs.
  4. Top with the other half of the croissant and serve warm.

Notes

You can add vegetables or switch cheese types for variety.
