- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet and scramble until fluffy. Remove from heat.
- Slice the croissants in half and layer with cheese, ham, and scrambled eggs.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and serve warm.
