Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Serving
  • pita bread for serving
Toppings
  • sliced cucumber
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • feta
  • sauce Tzatziki sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is tender. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  3. Serve the shredded chicken in pita bread with toppings and tzatziki sauce.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the toppings to your preference. You can also use chicken breasts instead of thighs if desired.
