Method
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each fish filet in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
- Place the coated filets on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the creamy dill sauce, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, onion powder, and garlic salt.
- Serve the baked fish with lemon wedges and creamy dill sauce if desired.
