Ingredients
  

The Potatoes
  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes Cut into uniform sticks and soaked in cold water.
The Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil or Avocado Oil Used to coat the fries.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Finely Grated Parmesan Added toward the end of cooking.
  • to taste Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper
The Garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Finely chopped.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately toss with finely grated parmesan and chopped parsley.

Serve hot for the best texture and flavor.
