Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and layer the brie cheese, cranberries, and walnuts on top.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  5. Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.

You can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
