- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook until golden and cooked through.
- In a pot, boil salted water and cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- For the cheese sauce, melt butter in a pot. Whisk in flour, then gradually add milk, cream, and chicken broth. Stir in cheeses, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thick and creamy.
- Combine macaroni with cheese sauce. Serve with crispy chicken on top. Add optional toppings as desired.
