  • 1 lb minced chicken
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Salad
  • 1 medium English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
For the Drizzle
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine minced chicken, shredded cabbage, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. Fill dumpling wrappers with the chicken mixture and seal them.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
  4. For the salad, combine sliced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger to create the drizzle.
  6. Serve the dumplings with the salad, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chopped chives, and drizzle with the sauce.
