Ingredients
  

For the Chicken and Beef
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips beef
For the Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
For Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken and beef by seasoning them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dip the seasoned chicken and beef in flour, then buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken and beef until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing on each tortilla. Add the fried chicken and beef on top.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
