Method
- Prepare the chicken and beef by seasoning them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip the seasoned chicken and beef in flour, then buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken and beef until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing on each tortilla. Add the fried chicken and beef on top.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
