  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Equipment

  • Frying Pan
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat the salmon cubes in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Notes
