- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the salmon cubes in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- For the Bang Bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites with the Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
