Method
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let simmer.
- In a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and reserve pasta water.
- Add heavy cream, grated parmesan, and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Mix well.
- Toss in cooked spaghetti and stir until well coated. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley, lemon slices, and extra parmesan cheese.
Notes
You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for more flavor.
