- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in chicken broth, half-and-half, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and cooked pasta, mixing until spinach wilts and everything is heated through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve warm.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes for your desired spice level.
