- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese, butter, and flour if using. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Return shrimp to the skillet and mix well.
- Serve the creamy shrimp over cooked rice.
Notes
You can adjust the level of heat by adding or reducing chili flakes.
