Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For the Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • to taste Seasoning Salt and pepper
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Return beef to the wok, add sauces, beef broth, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
