Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups
  • 10 slices white sandwich bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the French Toast Coating
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For Cooking
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter for frying

Method
 

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin.
  2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto each slice of bread.
  3. Roll up the bread slices tightly and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  5. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  6. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.

Notes

Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
