- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sugar, milk, and cocoa. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Mix in oats and salt until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and allow to cool until set.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
