Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
- Place custard and chocolate chips on one side of each strip.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm or cold. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
