Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 150 g Custard
  • 50 g Chocolate Chips
For the Pastry
  • 1 Roll Puff Pastry

  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
  3. Place custard and chocolate chips on one side of each strip.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm or cold. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
