Method
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Make sure they are completely dry.
- Melt the white chocolate and milk chocolate separately with coconut oil or butter in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on a baking sheet.
- If using, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Fill the strawberries with the mixture before dipping.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
