- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers and minced garlic, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like broccoli or carrots for more variety.
