Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Equipment

  • Wok

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add mushrooms and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir to combine.
  6. Serve hot.
