  • cup heavy cream
  • cup whole milk
  • 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese 2 oz
For the Crust and Toppings
  • 1 lb. pizza dough homemade/store-bought
  • 1 ½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 4 oz
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon chopped parsley or green onions

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add heavy cream and milk while stirring. Once thickened, remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the Alfredo sauce over the dough. Top with chopped chicken, Mozzarella cheese, and drizzle olive oil on top.
