- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion softens.
- Stir in tomato sauce or salsa and cook for a few more minutes.
- Warm tortillas and fill each with beef mixture, cheese, and optional beans. Roll tightly.
- Serve with cilantro, lime wedges, and sour cream or guacamole.
