Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce or salsa
For the Burritos
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1–1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ cup refried beans (optional)
Optional Toppings
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges
  • Sour cream or guacamole

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion softens.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce or salsa and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas and fill each with beef mixture, cheese, and optional beans. Roll tightly.
  5. Serve with cilantro, lime wedges, and sour cream or guacamole.
