  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
For Garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add chicken and cook until fully cooked.
  3. Add bell peppers and celery, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cashews and soy sauce, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
