- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, flour, and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough, then incorporate the butter until smooth. Let it rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough, cut into triangles, and roll each triangle to form croissants. Place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
