- In a skillet, cook the chicken sausage until browned. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add chopped sweet peppers and sauté until soft. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, then pour into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
- Add sliced sausage, cilantro, cheese, and green taco sauce to the eggs, stirring until combined and cheese melts.
- Warm tortillas, then fill each with the egg mixture. Top with fresh tomatoes and additional taco sauce, then roll up to seal.
