- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and beef broth.
- Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 more minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of black pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite rice.
