- In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, milk, and unsalted butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, let it boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in quick oats, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
