Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce mixture. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
You can add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for extra nutrition.
