The Burger
  • 4 pcs Ground Beef Patties Seasoned with salt and cracked black pepper.
  • 4 pcs Brioche Buns Lightly toasted with butter.
  • 8 slices Beef Bacon Pan-fried until crispy.
  • 4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese Melted over the patties.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Fresh Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomato Slices
  • 1 cup Red Onion Rings
  • ½ cup Pickled Jalapeños
  • ½ cup Classic Dill Pickles
The BBQ Wings
  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings Split into flats and drumettes.
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Rub Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and sea salt.
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce A thick, honey-based smoky barbecue sauce for glazing.
The Sides
  • 4 cups Thick-Cut Fries Russet potatoes, double-fried for extra crunch.
  • 1 cup Dipping Sauce Creamy garlic aioli or blue cheese dressing.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill and prepare your ingredients for the burgers and wings.
  2. Season the ground beef patties and grill them until cooked to your liking.
