- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and corn, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in BBQ sauce and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
You can use any variety of vegetables you like in this stir-fry.
