- Place the chicken breast, chicken broth, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper into the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- After cooking, shred the chicken with two forks. Mix in the chopped pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the shredded chicken mixture over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the flatbread with a pizza crust if desired. Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce based on your preference.
