  • 2 slices Bread toasted
For the Topping
  • 1 avocado Avocado
  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 boiled eggs Boiled Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1–2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • Lemon juice optional
  • Parsley or dried herbs optional

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the drained tuna, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
