  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam optional, for glazing
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the apples and soak them in lemon juice to prevent browning.

  5. Brush with melted butter and apricot jam (if using), then bake for 30 minutes.
