Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until evenly coated with the mixture.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and pour the broth over them.
  4. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Notes

For extra crispiness, increase the cook time by a few minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
